Food - 4.5 Service - 2.5 Ambiance- 4.5 I really liked the food, but the service was lacking. 4 might be too generous. From the moment we got seated, it took about 10 minutes for somebody to come back out (we were on the patio) to acknowledge our presence. I was convinced I would leave 2 stars. But the food is the only redeeming reason I give it 4 stars. Just be ready to be thirsty for a good 10 minutes, and for your order to be taken almost as slow. It was not even a super busy night, a weeknight. Regarding the food, it was really good. The shrimp reminds me of an asian firecracker shrimp, sweet but salty. And the pork in the ramen was really flavorful and soft. I liked the takoyaki a lot too. There's a lot of other items I would love to try, and I would give their service another shot to make it up.

Came here to just grab dinner on a Saturday Night, there was a 20 min wait but it's my favorite ramen chain so worth the wait. The servers and the managers were consistently checking on our table even with a packed night. I didn't sit at the bar this time, but the bar is always a great spot to enjoy the game, have a couple of their delicious specialty drinks and great conversation with the bartenders. I'll definitely be back soon!!

Konya is absolutely amazing - every time! Tried the wonton ramen with kale noodles - ummmazing! Thomas was out server and has served us before as well - great service!!

This place is always a hit. I'd like to give a shout out to Thomas who was an outstanding Server and host. Again 10/10 customer service!

Lunch for one. Server and service were great!! Michael was my server. He did a great job answering my many questions and made great menu suggestions. I tried a few new items! All the food was delicious and I had leftovers for dinner...Yay!! The atmosphere is warm and quiet. Tables are a little close but otherwise very nice place to rub elbows with your neighbours. If you need more space request a both instead of a table. Cool place. I always get the flying vegan bowl. It's delicious!!

Food was solid but host staff lagged to meet that quality. Was greeted with extreme attitude and was given no clarity as to our status in be sat. Waiter was lovely and we enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant but that really dampened our experience in the beginning.

Unlike other Jinya locations we've been to, this one has outdoor seating, which is always a nice option, especially when hanging out with friends or family. The atmosphere here is consistently pleasant and relaxed. The ramen, as usual, was fantastic--this spot remains one of our top picks for ramen in the DMV area. That said, the service was a bit all over the place during our visit. It felt a bit scattered at times, but overall, it didn't take away from the experience too much. Still a great place to enjoy a bowl of ramen!

Food was wonderful and the service staff were very attentive! The ambiance is lively and the music is upbeat. I really enjoyed their signature Tonkotsu original ramen dish with the Impossible Gyoza!

Jinya has come a long way and really revamped their menu, great hearty meaty and vegetarian options! The limited-time lunch deal over the spring/summer with ramen and tapas was fantastic ($24 for meat and $26 for vegan) There was a generous serving of vegan tapas - 3 dumplings filled with impossible burger, 1/2 dozen pieces of veggie tempura, and crispy veggie taco stuffed with impossible burger (my favorite tapas)! The taco tasted like a crispy empanada. The $2 upcharge for the vegan tapas was well worth it. The new vegetarian Tsunami White Pearl was perfectly balanced with a flavorful broth with a meaty Impossible burger and a heap of veggies with broccolini, spinach, and a strong dose of both green and red onions. The Flying Vegan Harvest is savory and quite tasty with meaty Impossible burger, soft tofu, and a heap of veggies with broccolini and corn. The chili oil has a spicy kick! I requested it without the oil, which was mild and perfect. I really enjoy the kale noodles and prefer them over the thick noodles, healthier and tastier option! In the past, I've had some issues with removing or substituting toppings, but my request for no chili oil was kindly accommodated during my latest visit. The Mangolicious cocktail had a boozy kick with a heavy pour of Suntory Toki Whisky with a subtle mango flavor. Lycheetini cocktail is my pick! The fresh Watermelon juice is refreshing! Looking forward to coming back for some warm vegan ramen!

I had a pretty positive experience at this Jinya location. I wanted to sit outside and the hostess actually made this great accommodation at a large table just to make us happy when she didn't have to. Ordered the fried Brussel sprouts, jinya buns and tonkotsu spicy ramen. I was happy with how everything turned out. The brussel sprouts just needed a bit more salt in my opinion but I was too full to eat a lot of it so I took it home. Overall pretty happy with dinner on this one. What's interesting is that all the akira locations have somewhat of a different menu at each place. Mosaic district has always been consistently good to me though.
